Initial Lactation Counseling Evaluation
Initial lactation counseling evaluation is scheduled for 90-120 minutes, conducted in your home or through secure video.
Assessment of breastfeeding parent and child.
Development and education of an established plan.
Written report and invoice for submission to insurance provided within 2 business days of evaluation.
Initial evaluation includes: complementary check-ins by email, phone, or text for 7 days after the evaluation.
Follow-Up Lactation Counseling Session
Follow-up sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes, conducted in your home or through secure video.
Observation of breastfeeding session.
Review of previously established plan.
Implementation of changes to plan made in real time, as deemed necessary, during observation of feeding.
Review of session and plan.
Written documentation reviewing session will be provided.
Comprehensive Pediatric Feeding Evaluation
Initial feeding evaluation is scheduled for 60-90 minutes, conducted in your home or through secure video.
Assessment of feeding skills for current diet and areas of concern.
Review of initial recommendations and follow-up plan, if deemed necessary, will be provided at the conclusion of the evaluation.
A written report and invoice for submission to insurance will be provided.

Comprehensive Speech & Language Evaluation
Initial speech and language evaluation is scheduled for 60-90 minutes, conducted in your home or through secure video.
Formal and informal evaluation of speech/language skills.
Review of initial recommendations and follow-up plan, if deemed necessary, will be provided at the conclusion of the evaluation.
A written report and invoice for submission to insurance will be provided.
Follow-Up Pediatric Feeding Therapy Session
Follow-up sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes, conducted in your home or through secure video.
Session will be conducted during mealtime/bottle/breastfeeding time, please schedule and plan accordingly.
Therapeutic intervention to address areas of concern and goals of therapy.
Review of session and plan going forward.
A written report will be provided for each session.
Follow-Up Speech & Language Therapy Session
Follow-up sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes, conducted in your home or through secure video.
Established therapeutic interventions will be administered to address areas of concerns and goals of therapy.
At the conclusion of the session, we will review the outcomes and plan going forward.
A written report will be provided for each session.
