Therapy Tides was developed by our founder, Jenna Capozzi, who has a passion for supporting breastfeeding mothers, and their babies, as well as providing high quality feeding, speech and language therapy to the children in our community.

Jenna has been working with children and their families from the time she began babysitting at an early age. She went on to continue to pursue her passion of working with children, seeking employment as a teacher’s assistance at an early childcare center during her undergraduate career. She later went on to become the Toddler Room co-teacher during her graduate schooling, at the same facility. After graduating with her masters in Speech-Language Pathology, she went on to continue working with children and their families through Early Intervention, CPSE, and CSE. She then transitioned into the medical field, working at a Children’s hospital. Here Jenna specialized in treating infants and children with feeding disorders, AAC (alternative-augmentative communication), and all domains of speech and language therapy.

It was at this facility Jenna’s passion for supporting breastfeeding mothers was born. She quickly noticed her hospital was needing professionals who could provide support and guidance to their breastfeeding patient’s and moms. She went on to pursue and receive her lactation counseling certification, adding CLC to her title.

Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dog, Dakota. She enjoys traveling, staying active outdoors, going to the beach, learning to surf, ski, and hike (with her furry sidekick of course).

Jenna is passionate about providing the absolute best care to every child and family she works with. She is extremely motivating, and prides herself on determination to help her clients and families achieve all of their goals.
